Thank you for choosing to shop with Anna Lee Handmade.  These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.

Payment Options

Our payment options include Paypal (you don't need to have a Paypay account just a credit card) or direct deposit to our bank account.  Please note that if you choose to pay by direct deposit to our bank account we reserve the right to cancel any order without notice to you if your payment does not show in our bank account within 2 business days following your order.

Returns Policy

If any item that you receive is faulty please contact us immediately by using the contact tab of this website or by e-mailing us at annaleehandmade@xtra.co.nz  Your item will be repaired if possible, or replaced, provided it is returned to us within 30 days of receipt by you.  A refund will be given if a replacement satisfactory to you is not available.  All shipping costs for faulty items will be met by us.

In the case of an item that is the wrong size we will exchange your item for another item in the correct size, or if the same item is  unavailable, a store credit for the same value of the item returned. The original item must be returned to us, within 14 days of receipt by you, in its original condition before any replacement item or store credit will be provided.  All shipping costs in this situation will be met by you.

There is no right to return any items due to a change of mind or in the case of sale items.


The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping within New Zealand is charged at a flat fee of $6.50  We are not currently shipping internationally.

We will process your order of any ready to send items within 3 business days following payment in cleared funds.

Made to order or custom items will be made and shipped within 14 days following payment in cleared funds unless a longer time frame has been advised to you by us.  If you need your item earlier than this please contact us to check whether this will be possible.

We send by tracked non-signature courier and will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery from the date of sending.
